They want to appoint a UK based International Sales Manager to join their team. This person will have to be self-motivated, a good team player. Also someone than can exceeding their goals and sales targets.
The client requires someone with experience into selling hydraulic equipments into large OEMs operating within Power, Construction, Marine, or Industrial Markets.
You will need the ability to be a strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills. The individual will need to have sold into the relevant industries to ensure they are used to communicating with key decision makers.
•Develop the current customer portfolio.
•Implement a growth strategies and plan after deep analysis of our clients.
•Develop relationships with current and new clients based on their potential business generation value.
•Report market evolution to product development team through customer feedback.
•Minimum 3- 5 Years experience within the hydraulics industry
•Technical knowledge of hydraulics is essential for this role.
•Experience of new business development is a strong advantage.
•Proven ability to develop and manage OEMs customer relationships in a highly technical environment.
•Educated to Higher Education Level, preferably A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
