REC (Recruitment Employment Confederation)
The REC is the governing body of the recruitment industry. It sets standards and evaluates and audits the quality and performance of its members. As members of the REC, we are kept informed of any changes in employment law and practice. This service is invaluable with changes in the Working Time Directive and IR35, the Proper Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and a host of other legislation that affects the recruitment industry as well as the sectors our clients work in. Our REC membership helps us keep our clients and candidates abreast of the all relevant industry legislation.
